Methodology Training
The methodology training provides the instruments for structuring the project from the very first idea up until the completion of the project. It covers aspects around terminology, structure, as well as defining the right content for each project phase.

Goals

In general or for a specific project ahead of you, we provide you with the tools for formally describing the project and breaking it down into smaller pieces. We provide you with the attributes that are necessary to describe those smaller pieces – i.e. the project phases.

The goal of the training is to enable you to formally describe the project and articulate associated attributes, such as goals, scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, content, cost, and timelines. This tool-set will enable you and your staff to make your private cloud or data center infrastructure project relevant and successful.

Technology Training
Our technical training provides you and your staff with the foundation to make the right design and technology decisions throughout the project phases. Key attributes of applicable private cloud and data center infrastructure technologies are covered.

Goals

The objective is to provide you and your staff with the technology background in order to make suitable technology and design decisions. Our technology trainings are not meant to replace product trainings.
